First Visit
On your first visit, you will be greeted by our front desk and given quick and easy paper work to fill out. After filling out the required paper work, you will meet Dr. Hart for your initial exam.
Print and fill out our new patient paperwork ahead of your visit for quicker service.
Dr. Hart will go through your history of the complaint and ask questions to better understand your current situation. After the history, he will do an exam to help determine your best course of treatment.
Dr. Hart will walk you through step by step of what each treatment will consist of, so there are no suprises and all questions can be answered before treatment begins. Treatment usually involves an adjustment, soft tissue therapy and suggestions for home and work.
